You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Agreement.

Limitations

User may not use any automated device or manual process to access, monitor or copy any information provided by TEAMFundingSolutions.com. User may not download, copy, publish, store, transmit, transfer, or sell without written permission from TEAM Funding Solutions, Inc.

Modifications to Agreement

User is responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Agreement and TEAM Funding Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time and at its sole discretion. Updated versions of the Terms of Agreement will appear on TEAMFundingSolutions.com and become the effective Agreement immediately upon publication. Continued use of TEAMFundingSolutions.com by user after any such modification of this Agreement constitutes user’s assent to such modifications.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise explicitly noted, all elements of TEAMFundingSolutions.com including, but not limited to, text, articles, logos, trademarks, graphics and overall “look and feel” are the property of TEAM Funding Solutions, Inc. Nothing herein shall be construed to confer any license or right, by implication, estoppels or otherwise, under copyright or other intellectual property rights either now or in the future. User acknowledges that copyrights, trademarks, service marks and other proprietary rights and laws protect TEAM Funding Solutions, Inc.

Indemnification

Broker/User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold TEAM Funding Solutions, Inc., its affiliates, employees and agents harmless from any and all claims, costs, damages, judgments, and liabilities.

Force Majeure & Down Time

TEAMFundingSolutions.com performance under these Terms are subject to interruption and delay due to causes beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of God, acts of any government, war or other hostility, fire, explosion, equipment failure, power failure, inability to obtain necessary supplies etc…  TEAMFundingSolutions.com will not be held responsible for any “down-time” due to ongoing maintenance or technical issues that are beyond our reasonable control.
